Summary:

In my role, I provided assistance to the pharmacist and performed various tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the pharmacy. This included activities like receiving and transcribing faxed prescriptions, processing prescription refills, administering vaccinations and COVID testing, and engaging in customer interactions. I filled prescriptions, managed drug inventory, assisted customers with insurance and medication inquiries, answered phone calls, and communicated with doctors and insurance providers.
