Summary: At Steelhead Surgical, my responsibilities were diverse. I primarily worked in a cadaver lab, where I set up different labs for surgeons to practice new techniques and procedures using recently released products from Steelhead Surgical. Additionally, I had the chance to shadow the sales representatives who interacted with orthopedic surgeons. This involved accompanying them to operating rooms and ensuring that the use of Steelhead Surgical products during surgeries proceeded smoothly without any issues.
