Summary:

During my internship at Stanford Research in South Dakota, I focused on cardiac research, specifically gene research. My primary task involved identifying genes linked to various cardiac diseases and inputting them into a specialized program called Ingenuity. This research aimed to deepen our understanding of the genetic factors contributing to heart-related conditions, providing valuable insights for potential treatments and interventions.

Summary:

 We  use  a  program  called  IPA, so  ingenuity  pathway  analysis to  compare  data  sets. And  that's  a  lot  of  what  I'm doing  comparing  datasets and  coming  up  with charts  and  graphs  and  things  like  that. Find  what  a  significant recently  I've  been  working  with ovarian  tumor  cells  and the  comparison  like  hypoxia  or  anoxia.
