    You will upload the video to my media/Kaltura.

    Step 2:

    You will open the download transcript to figure out if the internship location and type to put it in the correct chapter. You will put the newest years and internships at the top of the page. 


    Step 3: 

    Copy the template below and paste in the correct chapter and template. FIll in the information

    Semester in the highest heading is a grouping heading. You only need to use it once for that semester videos.

    Step 4:

    Add the video.  You will highlight the word video and go to insert tab and select HTML snippet

    This is where you will go back to My Media/ Kaltura where the video is located. You will click share underneath the video. Select the large size :608x 402 size then copy that embed link above. ( It is not the URL Link!)

    Paste the embed link you just copied into the HTML snippet in Books.byui
