Dr. Seth-Aaron Martinez focuses on learning experiences designed to increase knowledge, develop skills, and improve employee performance. Dr. Martinez obtained a Masters of Science in Instructional Psychology from Brigham Young University. He earned his PhD from Indiana University in the Spring 2016, and his dissertation focused on servant leader development. He has built global training programs and consulted with executive leaders for their training at scale. Today, Dr. Martinez works at Facebook where he guides the learning and performance strategy for global operations.
