Incident Command System

A diagram depicting the chain of command in an incident command system. Incident Commander is at the top, then it goes down a line and branches off to the Command Staff with the Public Information Officer, Safety Officer, and Liaison Officer. Another line branches off of the Incident Commander to the General Staff with the Operations Section Chief, Planning Section Chief, Logistics Section Chief, and Finance/Administration Section Chief.


Unified Command System
