Instructions

To successfully complete this activity, carefully follow these steps:

1. Download: Well Inspection Virtual Lab Form.

• You can reference the practice inspection that you completed earlier in the week

2. Participate in the virtual lab

• Look for details in the images that represent the information you would collect if this were an in-person inspection.

3. Complete the inspection form.

• Make sure to address all areas of the form. If something is not applicable, explain why it is not applicable, rather than leave the area blank.
• Review the Inspection Report rubric prior to submitting and address any issues necessary.

4. Submit your completed Well Inspection Virtual Lab Form in Canvas.
