Sometimes there are very few if any deficiencies found during an inspection. In this virtual inspection most of the pictures show situations that are good and without deficiencies.
As you fill out your inspection form, address as many areas as possible from the inspection form. Make sure to list the good or positive things that are observed in the pictures.
Review the Inspection Report rubric prior to submitting and address any issues necessary.

Day 1
On March 9, you meet with Barbara Willis, the supervisor at Apple Tree Childcare Center. The address of the facility is 2419 Stocks drive, Rexburg, Idaho, 83440. During the opening conference you learn that there are 8 employees and each of them has been trained in CPR and first aid. There are a total of 34 children ranging from 2 years old to 9 years old and the teacher to child ratio is 4.35. A review of the records show that all the children has full immunization records. The water for the facility comes from the City of Rexburg and is routinely tested.
On the walkthrough of the facility you observe the following:
